24/03/2009 (Agence Europe) - In a decision made on 24 March (C-184/08), the European Court of Justice (ECJ) ruled against the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg for the costs of not having adopted in the agreed time frame, a system of sanctions to be applied under Article 18 of the European Parliament and Council regulation of 31 March 2004 on detergents (Regulation EC 648/2004).
