Louis Michel urges Khartoum to allow humanitarian NGOs to carry out their work

Brussels, 06/03/2009 (Agence Europe) - Louis Michel, European Development and Humanitarian Aid Commissioner reacted strongly to the expulsion of about ten humanitarian NGOs from Khartoum in response to the international arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court against Sudanese President Omar El Béchir on Wednesday 4 March.
