Brussels, 09/02/2009 (Agence Europe) - The International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH), the Associación pro Derechos Humanos de España (APDHE) and the Palestinian Centre for Human Rights (PCHR) have welcomed the decision taken on 29 January by the Central Investigative Judge of the Spanish National Court, which declares admissible a complaint about alleged crimes in Gaza in 2002.
