Firm offer of dialogue made to Iran

Munich, 09/02/2009 (Agence Europe) - In Munich on Saturday 7 February, US Vice-President Joseph Biden extended an offer of dialogue to the Iranian authorities. This offer was echoed by a large number of those taking part at the Security Conference, also calling on Iran to give up its military nuclear programme.
