15/01/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 15 January 2009, the Commission approved the acquisition of sole control of Segebel S.A. (Belgium) by Centrica Overseas Holdings Ltd, belonging to the British Centrica plc energy group. Segebel is an electricity producer and electricity and gas supplier. The operation was examined by simplified procedure. (C.D./transl.rh)
