Brussels, 08/10/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 8 October, the European Commission presented a new directive for profoundly reforming and modernising Community legislation for consumer contract rights in view of creating EU-wide new consumer rights that are likely to facilitate purchases on the internet and sales outlets.
