Brussels, 16/09/2008 (Agence Europe) - The European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) will meet in Brussels on Wednesday 17 and Thursday 18 September, under the chairmanship of Dimitris Dimitiradis. Energy Commissioner Andris Piebalgs will deliver a speech at 3.00pm on Wednesday, addressing the topic of climate change and energy policy.
