Brussels, 24/07/2008 (Agence Europe) - Thabo Mbeki, President of South Africa, will be the host of his French counterpart and president-in-office of the European Union, Nicolas Sarkozy, on 25 July in Bordeaux for the very first summit between the EU (in the form of a troika) and South Africa. José Manuel Barroso, President of the European Commission, and Louis-Michel, Development Commissioner responsible for relations with Africa, will attend the event.
