Andris Piebalgs welcomes EFTA's authorisation for aid in favour of CO2 capture project

Brussels, 24/07/2008 (Agence Europe) - The surveillance authority (ESA) of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) last week decided to authorise Norwegian state aid in favour of a project in Mongstadt, in the western part of the country, the aim of which is to test, verify and demonstrate different concepts and technologies capable of reducing costs and risks related to CO2 capture.
