24/07/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 22 July, the European Commission granted clearance to the acquisition of sole control of Ballingslöv International AB (Ballingslöv) of Sweden by Stena Adactum AB (Stena) of Sweden. Adactum is an investment company. Ballingslöv manufactures furnishings for kitchens, bathrooms and storage. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure. (A.B./trans/rh)
