Brussels, 16/07/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday evening 15 July, fisheries ministers from the EU member states reached an agreement by qualified majority on a recent proposal (8 July) for emergency measures to help people in the fisheries sector suffering from high fuel prices and fleet restructuring.
