Commission gives go-ahead to three acquisitions

Brussels, 18/04/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 18 April, the Commission gave the green light to three acquisitions. The undertakings Colony Investors VII L.P. and Colyzeo Investors L.P. (both UK-based), controlled by the Colony Capital group (USA) and Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, belonging to the Morgan Stanley group (USA) will acquire joint control of Colfilm SAS (France), the holding company of Paris Saint-Germain Football SA and related sports activities.
