01/04/2008 (Agence Europe) - Since Tuesday 1 April, a new director has been officiating at the head of the Amnesty International office in Brussels. Nicolas Beger, former director of the European Peace Building Liaison Office (EPLO), took over from Dick Oosting, who returns to the International Centre for Transitional Justice (ICTJ) in February. Natalia Alonso had been acting director during the interim period. (B.C.)
