Brussels, 04/03/2008 (Agence Europe) - Scarcely had new Russian President Dimitri Medvedev been elected, that Russian energy giant Gazprom announced, on Monday 3 March, reductions of 25% - 40 million cubic metres per day - in gas supplies to Ukraine, until it receives payment of arrears.
