04/03/2008 (Agence Europe) - After the simplified merger review procedure, the Commission has granted clearance to the acquisition of sole control of Paul Hartmann AG of Germany by Schwenk Gruppe (Schwenk), also of Germany. Schwenk produces building materials, and Paul Hartmann produces medical and care products.
