Brussels, 14/02/2008 (Agence Europe) - The European Court of Justice has confirmed in a ruling on Thursday 14 February that Greece was wrong to obstinately refuse to recover state aid to airline Olympic Airways, aid that was deemed illegal in 2005. The Court rejected Greece's argument that lack of details about the exact amount to be recovered had made it impossible to implement the decision (Case C-419/06).
