Brussels, 13/02/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 14 February, European Education and Youth Ministers will meet in Brussels, under the chairmanship of Slovenian Education and Sports Minister Milan Zver, to adopt, as every year, key messages for heads of state and government meeting at the spring European Council on 13-14 March.
