Brussels, 30/11/2007 (Agence Europe) - The European finance ministers will meet on Tuesday 4 December for the last time in 2007 and under the Portuguese presidency. It will be an occasion to take stock of all the ongoing EU dossiers in macroeconomic, financial and fiscal spheres. They will also attempt to hold to their commitment to bring to a conclusion by the end of 2007 the long-running negotiations on the legislative package designed to modernise obligations on value added tax (VAT).
