Barroso tells AER “Regions are key to actively involve citizens in European construction”

Brussels, 15/11/2007 (Agence Europe) - At the end of the Assembly of European Regions (AER) on 7-9 November in Udine (Italy) on the theme of “Identity - Regions are the Building Blocks for Europe”, participants adopted the “Udine Declaration”.
