In Barcelona, Michel Delebarre appeals for greater cooperation between the Committee of the Regions and EU Regions with Legislative Powers

Brussels, 15/11/2007 (Agence Europe) - The 8th summit of the president of the EU regions with legislative powers (REGLEG) began its work on Thursday 14 November in Barcelona, in the presence of Josep-Lluis Carod-Rovira, vice-president of the government of Catalonia, the Spanish secretary of state for European affairs Alberto Navarro, and his Portuguese counterpart Manuel Lobo Antunes.
