15/11/2007 (Agence Europe) - On 13 November 2007, the Council adopted a regulation imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of dicyandiamide (used in farming to prevent loss of nitrogen from manure from which nitrogen-destroying bacteria might otherwise leach away the nitrogen in liquid form) originating in China.
