15/11/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday, education ministers reached agreement on joint general guidelines on the Erasmus Mundus Scheme 2009-2013, with France and Slovakia withdrawing their reservations with regard to arrangements on the selection of candidates and the transparency of the process. The Commission proposal seeks to extend the scope of the current programme. (I.L.)
