Luxembourg, 09/11/2007 (Agence Europe) - In a ruling return on Thursday 8 November, the Court of First Instance has rejected a complaint brought by Spain, calling for the repeal of a regulation on fishing possibilities for 2005 on the grounds that this regulation did not allocate it certain quotas in the waters of the North and Baltic Seas. This is the third time that the European judges have denied Spain the right to access certain fish resources in these waters (case T-141/05).
