Presentation of revised compromise texts on agriculture and NAMA, scheduled for November, is postponed

Brussels, 09/11/2007 (Agence Europe) - The presidents of the negotiation committees of the WTO on agriculture and industrial tariffs (NAMA) will present their revised draft compromises, which had been expected for the middle of this month, later than planned. The mediator in agricultural negotiations at the WTO, Crawford Falconer of New Zealand, decided on 2 November to postpone the presentation of the revised version of his compromise text of last July (EUROPE 9471).
