15/10/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 15 October the Commission approved the acquisition of sole control of Atlet Aktiebolag (Atlet) of Sweden by Nissan Forklift Europe B.V. (Nissan) of the Netherlands, controlled by Nissan Motor Co Ltd. Of Japan. Nissan manufacturers forklift trucks and warehouse equipment. Atlet produces warehouse equipment. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure.
