Brussels, 15/10/2007 (Agence Europe) - Ahead of the EU/Russia Summit, to be held on 26 October in Mafra, the European Commissioner for Energy, Andris Piebalgs, is to meet the Russian energy Minister, Viktor Khristenko, in Brussels this Tuesday 16 October, within the framework of EU/Russian energy dialogue.
