15/10/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 15 October, the European Commission announced that it has added four new products to the list of protected appellations of origin (PAO) and protected geographical indications (PGI): Staffordshire Cheese (PAO, United Kingdom), Coliflor de Calahorra (PGI, cauliflower, Spain) and Bayersicher Meerrettich or Bayerischer Kren (PGI, Germany, a vegetable) and the Holsteiner Karpfen fish (PGI, Germany).
