Commission clearance for proposed acquisition of Zodiac Marine by Carlyle

Brussels, 18/09/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 18 September, the Commission cleared the proposed acquisition of Zodiac Marine, a business segment of the French company, Zodiac SA, by private investment firms Carlyle Europe Partners II L.P. and Carlyle Europe Partners III L.P. (together “Carlyle”).
