18/09/2007 (Agence Europe) - The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) announced on Tuesday 18 September that a new case of foot-and-mouth disease has been confirmed in sheep on a third farm in Surrey in South-East England, not far from the previous two outbreaks. (lc)
