Brussels, 19/07/2007 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission is ready to act and will not hesitate to return to the Court of Justice for it to give a summary judgment and have construction work stopped immediately on a 40 km long section of motorway in the Rospuda Valley, a natural area protected under the Habitats directive (see EUROPE 9391), should such work be re-started.
