Bratislava welcomes meeting on enlargement of Schengen Area

Brussels, 19/07/2007 (Agence Europe) - The interior ministers of 14 EU member states are to meet in Bratislava on Friday and Saturday to discuss the next enlargement of the Schengen Area scheduled for 31 December 2007, the Slovakian interior minister, Robert Kalinak, pointed out on 17 July, as reported in CTK Daily News. Discussions will mainly be on the setting in place of the Schengen Information System (SISone4All) that most countries that entered the EU in 2004 must join if they wish to...
