19/07/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 19 July, the Commission granted clearance to the acquisition of sole control of Unifeeder A/S (Unifeeder) of Denmark by Montagu Private Equity LLP (MPE) of the UK. MPE is a private equity investor in the European mid-market. Unifeeder provides commercial feeder services, door-to-door container transport services and freight forwarding services. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure. (cd)
