Copa-Cogeca agricultural organisations accuse WTO of buckling under US pressure

Brussels, 19/07/2007 (Agence Europe) - In a press release published on Wednesday, the Committee of Professional Agricultural Organisations in the EU (COPA) and the General Confederation of Agricultural Cooperatives in the EU (COGECA) accused the WTO of buckling under pressure from the US. This response followed an analysis of the most recent Falconer-Stephenson compromise on modalities (EUROPE 9470 and 9471).
