Brussels, 13/07/2007 (Agence Europe) - In the first quarter of 2007, the GDP of the euro area and of the EU27 grew by 0.7%, compared with the previous quarter, when growth rates were 0.9% in both the two areas. Compared with the same quarter of the previous year, seasonally adjusted GDP grew in the first quarter of 2007 by 3.1% in the euro area and by 3.3% in the EU27.
