12/07/2007 (Agence Europe) - On 10 July, the European Commission decided that the state aid scheme set up in Sardinia for shipping companies wishing to build, acquire, transform, modify or repair ships was incompatible with the common market and called on the Italian authorities to recover the aid granted.
