Commission authorises €12.25 million of research and development aid for the SOITEC group

Brussels, 12/07/2007 (Agence Europe) - On 10 July, the European Commission decided not to raise any objections to the financial aid to be provided by France to the “Bernin 2010” R&D (research and development) programme. This project deals with nanotechnology and aims to develop a new generation of supports (or substrates) for microelectronic components.
