04/06/2007 (Agence Europe) - On 30 May, the European Commission presented the Council with a draft regulation for setting up an anti-dumping duty and taxing certain saddles from China. On 20 December, the Commission imposed a provisional anti-dumping duty on these products (EC 1999/2006). Definitive conclusions were received today on dumping and its negative repercussions.
