New academic study - Statements from Oreja and Mendez de Vigo - cost of lack of constitutional rules

Brussels, 31/05/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the European University Institute, Florence, the Institute for European Studies of the CEU San Pablo University, Madrid, and the Rafael del Pino Foundation presented their study “A Way Out of the European Constitutional Impasse” to the press. The document had previously been presented to European Commission President José Manuel Barroso.
