Commission takes Spain before the Court for failing to lift illegal conditions imposed in E.ON bid for Endesa

Brussels, 28/03/2007 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has decided to refer Spain to the Court of Justice of the European Communities for failing to respect its decisions requiring the country to withdraw certain conditions on the offer to purchase Endesa made by E.ON.
