Commission approves proposed acquisition of French bearings producer SNR by NTN of Japan

Brussels, 28/03/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 28 March the European Commission cleared the proposed acquisition of the French company SNR, a producer of bearings, by NTN of Japan. SNR is a 100% subsidiary of car manufacturer Renault, active in the manufacture and supply of bearings for industrial, aeronautical and automotive applications, mainly for the European market.
