Commission clears three acquisitions

Brussels, 27/03/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, the Commission granted clearance to the acquisition of sole control of Dailycer BV of the Netherlands, Dailycer France SAS and Dailycer Limited of the UK, which manufacture and sell cereal products and chocolate decorations, by OEP Holding Corporation (OEP) part of the JP Morgan Chase Group of the US.

The Groupe Arnault, the French holding company specialising in luxury products (with Christian Dior Couture and LVMH among its subsidiaries)...
