27/03/2007 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission granted clearance on Monday 26 March to the acquisition of sole control of Erasmus Groep BV (Erasmus) of the Netherlands by Delta Lloyd Verzekeringen NV (Delta Lloyd) of the Netherlands, a subsidiary of the UK Aviva insurance group.
