Luxembourg, 12/03/2007 (Agence Europe) - France Télécom is currently going through a bad spell with the Court of Justice. After its appeal against a fine for “predatory” pricing was rejected by the Court in January (see EUROPE 9355), on 8 March the Court of First Instance ruled that a surprise inspection carried out in 2004 was legal (T-339/04 and T-340/04).
