Valdas Adamkus does not close door to negotiations with Russia, but is determined to guarantee his country's energy independency

Vilnius, 24/02/2007 (Agence Europe) - Energy security and energy independence, relations with Russia: receiving a small group of European journalists in Vilnius on 23 February, the Lithuanian President Valdas Adamkus returned to these subjects, which are of fundamental importance for the external relations of his country.
