Luxemburg, 26/02/2007 (Agence Europe) - In a ruling to be delivered on Tuesday 27 February, the Court will give its decision on the cases of two Basque organisations, Gestoras Pro Amnistia and Segi, which were included on the list of terrorist organisations. If it follows the conclusions of the Advocate General, the appeals by the two applicants will be rejected on a question of law.
