19/02/2007 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has approved, under the EU merger regulation, the proposed acquisition of Consolis SAS (Consolis), of France, by LBO France Gestion SAS (LBO). LBO is an investment fund. Consolis is active in the manufacture of prefabricated concrete products. The transaction was examined under the simplified procedure. (cd)
