Brussels, 19/02/2007 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has approved, under the EU merger regulation the proposed acquisition of Lafarge Roofing, of France, by PAI Partners S.A.S. (PAI), also of France. PAI is a private equity fund. Lafarge Roofing manufactures roofing materials.
