19/02/2007 (Agence Europe) - The International Labour Organisation (ILO) and the Secretariat of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) published a report, on Monday 19 February 2007, on “Trade and Employment: Challenges for Policy Research”. This joint study, which seeks to provide an impartial view based on the findings of the research, concluded that the multilateral trade system can help to increase global welfare and promote better employment outcomes.
