06/02/2007 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted clearance to the acquisition of sole control of Stamptec Holding GmbH (Stamptec) of Germany by Voestalpine AG of Austria. Voestalpine manufactures and sells steel products. Stamptec manufactures and sells pressed metal parts and components. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure. (cd)
