Brussels, 30/01/2007 (Agence Europe) - On 30 January, the European Commission cleared the proposed acquisition of Corus Group plc (Corus), a manufacturer of carbon steel and aluminium products based in Europe, by the Brazilian Companhia Siderurgica Nacional (CSN).
